This class was part of a bigger project to provide DPX native support to a MacOS X application. The original project was defeated and now it has been partially released as different classes to do many things in a simple way.
This class is written in standard C++ in order to provide an easy way to access DPX files (metadata and images). Could be used to provide basic support to other complex classes or programs.
As this class was originally designed for loading and making simple modifications on existing files there are many things to add: Cineon support (quite easy); DPX creation from the scratch (easy); interface methods to other classes such as CIImage (Mac OS X Core Image)... and whatever you want to contribute.
