Description
This is an opensource project written in C++ using the Qt framework. It is comparable to MS Terrarium although there are the following differences:
qworld is a realtime simulation
much more advanced statistics
dna and therefor evolution is built-in
platform independant
still needs recompilation for new "lifes" to be added
no network interface yet
Screenshots
The big circles around the red "animals" visualize their view-distance.
The lines point the the current target-location the "animal" is going to.
The green circles are "plants".
The graphics on the bottom show the collected statistics. It is possible to write the collected data to disk to later view it using your favorite viewer (config files for gnuplot are included)
