C# sample service application that allows you create application shortcut panel on windows logon desktop.
Just install it. Service starts automatically on system start. Reboot the system. Login. And press ctrl+alt+del. Logon desktop tools windows appears on logon desktop after logon or unlock event. That is if you start the service manualy then to see the tools window you should lock the computer than unlock it and then press ctrl+alt+del.
