GPL-It is a tool originally designed with GPL in mind, that allow you to easily add copyright notices to source files in your project.
It is delivered with C and C# templates for GPLv3, but you can use it for whatever languages or licenses you want.
GPL-It is coded in C# using nothing more than common CLR and Windows Forms APIs, therefore it should wourk on any platform supporting these.
