Our team has coded a Sudoku generator using Java. After many failed attempts, we have discovered how to generate multiple, fully-solved Sudoku boards. We then present the user with at least 17 of the generated numbers, keeping the board solvable. The end user is then able to manipulate entries at his discretion, while also keeping personal hints. Our software checks for invalid entries and is able to assist the user in solving the puzzle.
