Provides a simple module to add the native MVP framework support to a GIN project, similar to how other guice/gin extension modules (think guice-persist) work.
The new AutoPlaceHistoryMapper is available as a separate module (as well as being included in gin-mvp-1.1) and can be used without any dependencies on gin or gin-mvp.

Quick Start
Updated for version 1.1
First, inherit the GinMvp GWT module in your module.gwt.xml file
The GinMvp module in turns will inherit the GWT modules Inject, Activity, and Place - so you do not need to list them in your module.gwt.xml unless you desire for clarity of what packages are used in your project.
