Appraisal tool which is intented to help appraisals conducting CMMI 1.2 for Development appraisals using the SCAMPI 1.2 method. Main purpose of this application is to manage evidence and to always have status review of appraisal. Application allows to define other CMMI models and rating methods, or modify existing. Multi-user, web application, implemented in Java using Spring 3.0, supporting almost every JDBC database runnable on servlet 2.4+ engine (eg. Tomcat).
