About us Eurocarb is an EU-funded initiative for the creation of software and standards for the systematic collection of carbohydrate structures and their experimental data. The project comprises the following: 1. The EuroCarbDB database of carbohydrate structures and experimental data, initially mass-spectrometry, HPLC and NMR data, with well-defined extension points for other techniques. 1. The EuroCarbDB web application UI to the database, which allows browsing, searching and contribution of structures and data to the database. 1.
