Publish/subscribe messaging for JavaScript, Flex, and RESTful web services just got a lot simpler with Paperboy. Working alongside leading JavaScript libraries (including jQuery, MooTools, Dojo, and Prototype) or the Adobe Flex SDK for the Flash Player, Paperboy empowers UI developers with an easy-to-use API for publishing and subscribing to messages (you could also think of messages as custom events).
