Breast Cancer
The breast cancer concept-extraction tools come in two flavors: one for reading pathology notes and another for clinic notes. Each folder in the source repository can be run using a Java IDE by giving each one its own project, setting src/main/java to the the source path, setting lib to be referenced libraries, and reading the README.txt.
