Gips is a demo code to manage Direct Marketing distributions.
Gips has a Client(android)-server architecture.
GiPS code derives directly from OpenGeoTracker Project by Johan Ekblad.
GiPS has derived by OpenGeoTracker thanks the contribution by Alessandro Fanna, Luigi Pirelli and Davide Rodomonti
GiPS has released as Fork of the OpenGeoTracker project with consensous of Johan Ekblad. The main reason is the lack of time to merge projects.
