This project aims to deliver an open source role playing game engine to android mobile handsets.
Right now, I aim to create a daggerfall styled game as a demo. This can be used as a starting point to make more interesting and detailed games.
Everything is being developed using the JPCT engine for Android. Go to http://www.jpct.net for more information.
I am making a bunch of custom classes that will help the development process. For example, I have developed a tile-based landscape generator that gives the illusion of an endless world (daggerfall style). I have also created a sprite class for any 2D graphics. I will add some screenshots as examples.
