The system can operate communication. In the connection mode the system send and receive data to the client mobile using via the Bluetooth Radio frequency communication (RFCOMM) protocol.
So,the Scenario As following:
Mohammed was installing BlueCRM APP from android market. Once he arrives to the shop. Mohammed was run APP and register his order. Then he takes order number from system without need to stand in queue or wait until come the worker. The worker then prepares his order and takes it to him while he is waiting in his car or he sit on table inside the Coffee shop’s. This scenario is applicable in similar small businesses such as fast-food shop or laundry shop in which in-car service or collection service are normally offered. So,this project is describes specification and design for BlueCRM system to Coffee shop Scenario. Addition, This system is employs Bluetooth as a communication channel to send and receive object. So, the implementation of the system comprises two sides:
