The Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) is the de facto standard for representing computational models in systems biology. Computational analysis of these models requires translating the model into a format used by a software package. MATLAB is one of the most popular numerical programming environments.
sbml2matlab is a translator program that converts an SBML model into a MATLAB function for numerical analysis.
New feature support will be added to sbml2matlab and validated through the Online SBML Test Suite.
