Alsedo Support Desk System is a web-based helpdesk application that allows for the exchange of information between users and their service provider (for example an IT helpdesk and their end-users).
The system can be used for internal support or placed on a public web server for external users to access. Written in C# and presented as an ASP.net web application, Alsedo Support Desk System brings best-of-breed technology and fluid presentation together in one affordable product.
The entire presentation layer is easily skinned with industry-standard CSS stylesheets and the business rules are managed via an intuitive administration interface. Within the administration module you define exactly how tickets are captured and routed.
